As part of our proactive service, we request that the title company send the Preliminary Report directly to the real estate agent so that the agent receives it as soon as possible. We inform agents when deposits arrive, and we fax or email estimated closing costs to them well before closing. A pre-audit sheet is also sent out prior to closing that lists the items needed to close the transaction.

The Closing Department at Elite Escrow Services is unique in that it employs a full-time Escrow Officer and a team dedicated to ensuring all terms of the contract have been followed. The officer audits all files prior to closing, verifying funding and accuracy. The closing team follows a streamlined procedure to ensure prompt delivery of closing packages.

Utilizing secure emails All emails that contain non-public, personal information are sent through a secure email server, which requires the recipient to verify their email address and set up a password in order to access the information.
